From May through summer, the course remains playable deep into the night beneath the midnight sun. As late August arrives and darkness slowly returns, another spectacle takes its place. The northern lights begin to dance above the fairways.
Visit during the season of endless light and you may find yourself teeing off at midnight. Come later in the year and you can spend your days on the course and your evenings watching the sky.
Many guests find that three nights offers the perfect rhythm. Enough time to settle in, play multiple rounds, and experience Lofoten beyond the scorecard. Some structure their stay around three rounds of golf, balancing play with long meals at Låven and time to explore the landscape.
