Midnight Sun Golf
At 68 degrees north, Lofoten Links is the only Top 100 course in the world where you can play through the night beneath the midnight sun.
For several weeks each summer, the sun never drops below the horizon. It lingers over the sea, casting a golden light across the fairways and mountains. Tee times lose meaning. Day blends into night. You play when you feel like it.
The midnight sun begins in mid May and lasts until late July, with light strong enough for golf around the clock into early August.
Many guests choose to stay at least three nights during this period to fully embrace the rhythm of endless daylight. Some opt for unlimited play, allowing them to tee off at 10 pm, 2 am, or whenever the light calls. Others pace themselves between rounds and long dinners at Låven.
There is no single way to experience it. We will help you shape your stay around the light, the weather, and how much golf you want to chase.
