01
Hole 01 Tore hjort
Do you dare to hit across the sea towards the Viking grave? Instead of “going berserk”, perhaps the smartest thing to do is to hit out with an iron and hit the fairway? A raised green with obstacles to the right, left and behind. The short side of the green is better than the other sides!
02
Hole 02 Arholmen
The course’s signature hole with the beautiful two-sided beach and sea eagle daily sitting up on the mountain. Will be experienced very differently depending on the wind direction and around midnight the low sun can be an extra challenge for visibility. Better to hit too far than too short. The green is large with several levels.
03
Hole 03 Makkleirstranda
An unusual golf hole with, among other things, 2 white beaches. Long carry from the back tee, but from the others you can almost reach the green with one long tee shot if you dare to hit over the sea. The wisest thing to do is to lay up for a shot about 100 meters from the green, on the right side of the fairway for an optimal angle towards the flag. The green slopes towards the sea.
04
Hole 04 Arvikhaugen
Fun hole. The hole where you hit straight to the south. Notice the seabirds in the pond by the tees. Feel free to place your tee shot to the left of the mound, but not too far! Or try to reach the green with a good drive with the north wind at your back. Elevated large green with 2 bunkers at the back and one at the front.
05
Hole 05 Moltemyra
This is where you should use your driver! The course’s longest and perhaps best golf hole. Keep to the right of the rocks, but avoid the molehills on both sides of the fairway. Enjoy the green, which is both large and receptive, on a hill with beautiful views.

06
Hole 06 Hovsflesa
Enjoy the view of virtually the entire facility. To the northwest in the sea lies the Hovsflesa seabird reserve. Hit your tee shot on the right side of the fairway. Then over the water and avoid 3 bunkers in front of the large green.

07
Hole 07 Småhaugan
Exciting par 3 over a lake/marsh and between natural rock formations. There was always meant to be a green here. Long and narrow green. Avoid going too much to the left.
Remember we rerouted the course and this video was taken when this was Hole 6.
08
Hole 08 Arvikvannet
An elevated tee shot to a narrow fairway that runs all the way around Arvikvannet, surrounded by reeds. A long tee shot over the water provides good opportunities for a good score. The large green is protected by 3 bunkers and a challenging rough. Don’t hit it too far!
Remember that we have redesigned the course and that this video was filmed when this was hole 7.
09
Hole 09 Leite
Beautiful hole with the green slightly hidden behind a mountain. The fairway slopes to the right. Play to the left to stay in the fairway. No bunkers near a large multi-level green.
Remember that we redesigned the course, so this video was taken when this was hole 5
10
Hole 10 Storknubben
The hole is located in the ravine between Mølnhaugen and Hoven, with the Vinjedalen valley and Stornubben (599 m) on the horizon behind the green. Avoid the areas with stones to the left and right of the fairway. Small green that runs off to all sides.
11
Hole 11 Raet
A long par 4 that becomes extra long in a north wind. Quite a wide landing area, but you should hit the fairway to have the opportunity to hit a challenging green that runs off in all directions.
12
Hole 12 Skuvingan
A long and challenging par 3 with a large green and 2 bunkers in front. Nice views towards Vesterålen with Gaukværøy to the far north. If it breaks well at Skuvingan, it suggests a lot of wind and extra challenges.
13
Hole 13 Titsneset
Exciting par 5 with a beautiful view of Gimsøystraumen from the green. Keep to the right on the fairway as it slopes slightly left. Fantastic views of the green and the sea (midnight sun) that will provide a memory for life! The green is mostly surrounded by grass bunkers and runs off to the left.

14
Hole 14 Langstranda
The white-tailed eagle is a regular visitor to the rocks behind the outlets on this hole. This is a long par 4 where the direction and strength of the wind determines the line of sight. Exciting input towards the green over the sea.
15
Hole 15 Kvalhaugen
Dead whales often drift ashore here and hence the name. Tee off to the right side of the fairway for a better line to the green, which is elevated with 2 bunkers in front. Beautiful views towards Vestvågøy in the south.
16
Hole 16 Arvikflesa
The course’s longest par 4 and a challenging hole that often separates the “client from the wheat”. The back tees are blind, the others have an open view of the green on the island. The tee shot in the middle of the fairway bunkers. Play towards a long, large green that is exposed to the wind.
17
Hole 17 Hoven
This hole looks easier than it is. Possibility of a good result with a large and receptive green. Pay attention to the direction and strength of the wind.
18
Hole 18 Alkosletta
The name comes from Sami and means plain by the sea. Relatively narrow catchment area. It is important to hit the fairway in order to control the approach shot against a small and undulating green that runs off to all sides. Better short than too long a shot.
