CHECK IN

Check-in is from 4:00 pm.

Early check-in is subject to availability.

To request early check-in, please contact the reception before you arrive. You can phone us any time on (+47) 916 84 752 or by WhatsApp.

CHECK OUT

We kindly ask you to check out before 11:00 am on your departure day.

If you think you will need to check out before the reception opens, please let us know upon arrival so we can arrange something.

RECEPTION

Golf Season (May 1st to Oct 21st):

You’ll find us at Lofoten Links, approx. 1 km from Lofoten Links Lodges.

Winter (Oct 22nd to April 30th):

You’ll find us at Låven Restaurant at Hov, approx. 300 m from Lofoten Links Lodges.

PETS

Pets are not allowed in our rooms and lodges,
– except in one lodge.

If you want to bring a dog, please inform us – as this lodge has to be available, and you have to rent the whole lodge.

An extra fee of NOK 500 for extra cleaning will be added to your booking.

We reserve the right to charge guests who bring pets to one of the other lodges a sanitation fee of NOK 3,000.

SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed in any of our rooms and lodges, and smokers are kindly asked not to bring any ashtrays into the lodge. Thank you for being considerate to our other guests!

We reserve the right to charge guests who smoke or leave ashtrays inside the lodge a double room price for each night (minimum NOK 2,500) fee for sanitation.

TERMS – BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

Payment is charged in full at the time of the booking.

We require a 2 night stay minimum, so normally one night booking is not accepted.

All cancellations must be in writing.

Cancellations will be charged as follows:

Winter Season (01.01 – 25.05 + 01.10 – 31.12):

– Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival: – 100% refund except for a admin fee of 5%, minimum NOK 750,-.

– 30-15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the cost is charged.

– 14 days prior or less: 100% of the cost will be charged. 

Summer Season (26.05 – 30.09):

– Cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival – 100% refund except for a admin fee of 5%, minimum NOK 500,-.

– 60-15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the cost is charged.

– 14 days prior or less: 100% of the cost will be charged.
