📍 Drone Filming Policy – Lofoten Links
The rugged beauty of Lofoten Links, set between sea and sky, makes for incredible drone footage. However, due to guest privacy, safety, and the exclusivity of our setting, all drone use must be pre-approved.

Who you are
(Your name, company, or project background)
What you’re filming (Personal round, commercial shoot, content creation, etc.)
How the footage will be used
(Private archive, social media, advertising, etc.)
Who is operating the drone
(Full name and credentials of the pilot. Licensed operators only.)
Proof of insurance (All drone operations must be insured.)
💰 Location / Usage Fee
We charge a location/usage fee for all drone activity, including for private use. The fee may vary depending on the scope, duration, and purpose of the shoot.
🤝 Collaborative Filming
If the filming clearly aligns with the Lofoten Links brand and the final footage will be shared with us for use in our marketing, we may waive the location fee. In these cases, a contract will be signed to outline usage rights, credits, and delivery timelines.
Unauthorized drone use is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to deny or stop drone operations at any time to protect the experience and safety of our guests.
