TERMS – BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
Payment is charged in full at the time of the booking.
We require a 2 night stay minimum, so normally one night booking is not accepted.
For changes in booked tee times (requested byy email to reception) is charged a fee of 200,- pr time of change.
All cancellations must be in writing.
Cancellations will be charged as follows:
Winter Season (01.10 – 21.05):
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival: – 100% refund except for a admin fee of 5%, minimum NOK 750,-.
30-15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the cost is charged.
14 days prior or less: 100% of the cost will be charged.
Summer Season (22.06 – 04.10):
Cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival – 100% refund except for a admin fee of 5%, minimum NOK 1.000,-.
60-31 days prior to arrival: 50% of the cost is charged.
30 days prior or less: 100% of the cost will be charged.
Request for booked tee time changes will be charged NOK 200,- pr time of change.
